    Abstract

As a result of the changes in the defense environment and the reduction of synergistic forces, the structure of our troops has been gradually reduced to 1146,000 by the end of the 12th year by 2022, while the Navy, Marines and Air Force to maintain 522,000 people. By 2023, we will try to solve the shortage of military service resources due to the reduction of fertility rate through the measures such as expanding the admission resources and increasing the cadres ratio. Accordingly, in order to making strong structure of the troops, the ratio of military officers from 2012 to 2025 is currently being increased from 29.4% to 40%. In particular, the plan is to increase the number of non-military personnel by 37,000. In this environment, there are two main reasons for the establishment of the RNTC group in the college. First, the reduction of the number of military personnel and the acquisition of superior officers due to the sharpening of military weapons are the main objectives. Secondly, the expansion of the employment centers of the military soldiers can be example. This study aims to propose a development plan for the successful operation of the army corps.
